Delivery
The address details used for the shipment of your order are the exact details supplied by you at the time of ordering. Incorrect details may result in delivery delays so it is important to check these details when ordering.
Deliveries generally take 1 to 14 working days to any part of the world. It is important to note that the Customs Agency in the country of destination (where applicable) may delay the delivery of an order for up to 4 weeks for inspection or as a random security measure. This applies to a small percentage of orders shipped and unfortunately is uncontrollable by Garoo Trading Company staff.
If no one is home for delivery of your purchase, local postal guidelines will apply.
Price and Import Tax
All prices are charged in Australian dollars.
The prices listed on our website do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that the package may incur when entering the country of destination. The majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties however the destination country’s customs agency may select your shipment for assessment and could charge duties and taxes on your shipment. This charge varies from country to country and is not covered by Garoo Trading Company.

Garoo Trading Company delivers to most destinations around the world.
Garoo Trading Company uses Australia Post to deliver your products within Australia and Internationally (unless otherwise requested and at an additional cost to purchaser).
Shipping & handling charges for Australia are:
- Within Australia is $5.00.
Shipping & handling charges for International orders are:
- New Zealand is $6.60 AUD
- Asia/Pacific is $7.70 AUD
- USA/Canada/Middle East is $8.80 AUD
- Rest of the World is $10.00 AUD
Garoo Trading Company will use reasonable endeavours to arrange dispatch of your products within 48 hours of you submitting the purchase order. Expected delivery times are: for international deliveries, within 10 working days; and within Australia, within 7 working days (however most orders arrive in much less time, 2 to 3 working days is average).
The expected delivery times above are estimates only. Garoo Trading Company will not be liable for any loss or damage to your products and also will not be liable if the product is not delivered within the timeframes set out above.

Exchanges and Returns
Our goal at Garoo Trading Company is complete customer satisfaction - to provide great products that both you and we can be proud of. A vital part of this is our prompt and helpful customer service and our flexible exchange and returns policy.
Please note: All orders are subject to availability of stock. If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to see what you would like to do - we can send you a different product or refund you the amount.
Manufacturing Faults
We are very proud of the fabric quality and craftsmanship that goes into making each Garoo Trading Company piece. However, if there is ever a manufacturing fault with a garment you have received, please contact us immediately. On return of the faulty garment we will exchange it for free and refund you the cost of returning it to us.
Not completely satisfied?
If you receive your Garoo Trading Company product and you are not completely satisfied with the colour, pattern etc we are more than happy to exchange or provide a refund on the items purchased provided they are returned to us in original condition and you inform us of your wishes within 21 days of you receiving the shipment. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us. We will cover the cost of shipping a replacement item to you on the first exchange however any subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage charges.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any problems occurring in transit with products returned to us. The total amount for the items returned and accepted will be refunded to the cardholder’s credit card on which the original payment was made. The amount refunded will be made in Australian Dollars as per your original purchase.
